Turning down the sauna like temperate that many cabins run at would do a lot more than a "special" pillow. My last few Dreamliner flights have all been great but I've had so many 777 flights in recent years that have been so hot. Even my flight back from HKG a few weeks ago was terrible.

Maybe it's because they don't want the passengers to see what the ground staff are getting up to in ORD.

Allbirds masks again on NZ27.
There was one of the NASA pillows per seat in BP. Second was standard.
Crew knew nothing about them. They were comfortable but not sure I would rate then as particularly special.
What i I found odd was it’s a special promotion aimed at enhancing the experience and the crew knew nothing and there was no opportunity to rate them. So what is the point?
