Air NZ Premium Economy with Miles
Is it possible to book Air New Zealand Premium Economy using one of the transferable points for somebody in the US (Virgin Atlantic, United, Lufthansa, ANA, Singapore, etc)? Expertflyer shows availability on several dates I'm looking at, however it doesn't seem to appear when I search for it online on Aeroplan or one of the other award programs.

Not possible. Until Star Alliance makes it an alliance wide offer, only X, I, O classes can be booked with across airlines.

Ok, that's unfortunate. Usually fly oneworld airlines which allow PE award bookings through several frequent-flyer programs since I live in an AA hub. Thank you!

Any way does matter much, as Air NZ is well know for releasing very few (or nil) awards to ff partners.
