Where are my Gold RU’s?

Where are my Gold RU’s?
Maybe in the T&C’s, maybe someone has addressed this but can’t find.
I had until 01/02 to requalify Gold, which I did with a couple of weeks to spare. Was then instantly notified that I would retain Gold until 01/03/2020 (or 29/2)
I haven’t yet received my 2xRU’s, yet still need to requalify by 1/2/2020 to retain Gold. Does this mean only 11 months to use RU’s?

Just check when Gold status expires, normally end of the month it was earned, so RUls should appear at end Feb.
Had same scenario last year.

You need to requalify by the month before you status applies, ie you requalified in Feb so status and RUs will apply from the 1st Mar
