Call centre times getting longer and longer

Send an email to them and the response makes mention of the 787 engine issues as the reason for their delay in replying. If it's really causing the delays in their email response time then it's not unfathomable that it would also cause a similar delay in phone calls being answered.

Good excuse anyway! Maybe they can use that to explain the overcrowded Koru lounges too!
