Seat Select not available
Anybody know why I'm getting these every now and then?
I think this is the 3rd time this month I've had it.
Normally I can select the seat on the other leg of the return.
These are all domestic flights, this one, in particular, is NZ421 Sat 2nd May.
Currently, I'm NZ*S + Koru.

Please note that seat select is not available on this flight or this flight is not being operated by Air New Zealand. Seating will be assigned at check-in for no charge.

Try calling Koru up on 0800 736 000 . If they can't do anything, tell them off and ask for a refund on your Koru for the seat selection. Ridiculous dumping over half a grand for benefit you can't use.
