You will get a book 75 years of AIRNZ and a bottle of Wine delivered to our home pre Xmas.
That would be a neat trick. Parcels are unable to be delivered at my home address.

Ahhh yes....
An enhancement we have all been requesting.....
Monopoly routes mean them really don't have to look after there regular travellers. I have noticed a drop off in service delivery this year.

Perhaps NZ has lost buying power due to loss of Elite members.

What loss of Elite members? Most of us got many banked years so continue to have the status regardless of how little (or none) international travel is on NZ.

Mine ran out this year - FWIW, last year I took the Braven - it never worked ... (wouldn't charge).

It will be interesting to see what they do for those of us who don't live in NZ - will the bottle of wine still be included?

I hope not - that gift is totally useless to me given my travel patterns, which does not include the short-haul routes.

Do all elites get the gift or only those over a certain threshold of SP's?

I still have an unused shorthaul upgrade from my last requalification.

According to the link posted above, the christmas gift shorthaul upgrade will be removed at the end of your member year and NZ expects people to email them to get it reinstated. Poor execution.
