OneSmart fees changed

Thanks for making us aware of this. Has there been any official letters or emails sent re this? I logged into my OneSmart account yesterday, and nothing screamed out at me about new/changed fees.
Have a few USD$ in my wallet saved up for my 3 month trip to the US from July. May have to look at alternatives and then most likely deactivate my OneSmart card.
I only just sent them an email yesterday, as the embossed numbers on my card have worn away and was enquiring about a replacement card. They responded today that it would cost $10 to get a replacement. Probably won't bother now.
