Headphone socket on 773

Hi, I'm flying on Air NZ for the first time in a couple of weeks on NZ6 Auckland to LA and would like to know what kind of adapter (if any) I need for my headphones. Will my headphones with a standard single 3.5mm jack work or do I need a two- or three-prong adapter? I'm in economy.

I did ask Air NZ's call centre this question, but they didn't know the answer. Hope its frequent flyers can help...

Either 2 or 3. You only need 3 if your headphones require an external power source for their noise cancellation, which I very much doubt.

Edit - oops, I just saw you said you're in economy, I have no idea what economy uses (and have no intention of ever finding out ), but the above is for business class, which is possibly the same, someone else may know whether they are 2 or 3 prong.

Standard two prong will do it.
