AirNZ Courtesy car
Can anyone tell me please if I am likely to qualify for a courtesy car to/from Heathrow?
We have Business Premier seats booked (J class).We got a car last time we went to Auckland but I have a feeling it's not so easy to get them now.I don't really understand the different classes in Business seats so not sure if J qualifies.I was told that only people paying the highest fares are entitled and not sure if J is highest.
