As a Koru member have received an email from VJ inviting comments. But the email address given isn't working - keeps being returned as undeliverable.
Is there a problem with the address?

You FTers don't need to email me though...just keep the threads on here coming and I'm bound to see it. I have a reminder everyday to check FT - although sometimes I don't have time...I do check it pretty regularly!

It was good, I like how the airlines SM has such an hands on relationship with its customers.
Just some points I'd like to bring up VJ.
I visited Virgins Blues "The Lounge" at MEL Domestic last night.
Pros
- They provided two different hot dinner options (Pasta/Soup)
- They where offering Toast with Peannut Butter (Hey I know it was random for dinner, but it turned out to be very filling for dinner.
- Staff make your coffee at all times on a real machine.
Cons
- The beer selection (5 beers)
- Having to ask for a beer and not being able to help my self.
Does anyone know if this is the old AN lounge? the bathrooms look very AirNZ

Thanks, VJ, have replied now anyway and no bounce, so far!
Yes, I enjoyed the newsletter particularly if I win the free Koru membership renewals!
