I always need a fix of snow. So even though i haven't been away yet this year i'm already planning next years trip. I'm thinking the next two weeks are going to go very slowly since this trip isn't just a ski trip as i'm going to be in Whistler during the olympics.

Nice, looking forward to seeing what the new product will be like!

I'm ticketed in economy all the way, so any comfort improvements make all the difference for me.

The seat looks much like the Lufthansa Economy seat for the A380. Check out the Lufthansa magazine (13.5MB PDF) on page 10. Download from http://www.lhm-lounge.de/lh_0911_int...ter_doppel.pdf

I do see lots of similarities and unfortunately no separate cup holders.

I'd say they would keep it, there's nothing wrong with it and infact NZ has one of the best C products in the world because of it, improving it just makes them a more attractive airline

So much speculation! Just wait until 11 am (NZT), Tuesday. Immediate expert reaction and commentary will be posted here shortly thereafter, no doubt.

Air New Zealand to reveal 'revolutionary' long haul travel

Nothing too much more here, but the launch is being warmed up in the press.

I'm thinking the seat backs are going to be fixed at a certain angle like CX. When you recline, you recline into your own space, which they would need to atleast have a 34" pitch to make it comfortable.

I hope they don't do anything to prevent the seat from having a 100% upright position. Surely I'm not the only one that finds seats better when they are not reclined?
