Changing ticket from KL to AF?
 
On a return segment can you switch airlines (paying 'usual' change fee/fare change)

Speciffically from HKG-NWI (norwich) change from KL Q fare but via AF

Depends a bit what country you bought your ticket but I assume it is UK issued ticket on KLM stock.

Usually the Q bucket does not allow for reroute once it has been issued but you may be able to upgrade it to a next fare class that allows rerouting.

If you have the full booking class code I might be able to look up the ticket rules for you.
