I had the same problem yesterday. Then I went to klm.com and got what I needed. Note also, you can check your FB account at http://kenya-airways.com

in the past few weeks, airfrance.fr no longer works without the www in front for me....:confused:

I've had a problem accessing klm.nl for three weeks...on Friday the KLM IT department told me to delete all cookies. No trouble since then.

My bookmark to the AF UK website stopped working a few days ago. I just went back to www.airfrance.com, selected Royaume-Uni and re-set this as my bookmark. Works fine, now.
