Rewards deduction question
I booked a successful upgrade on AF 2 weeks ago and have my business class seat allocated, but the points have not been deducted yet? How long does this normally take? Award bookings bopper instantly but what about ug's?

On average it should not take more than a couple of days. Call FB and ask them would be my advice. Maybe something went wrong with the booking.

Here you can check your reservation with either your reservation number (6 digits) and your name, or with your FB number and password.
My points were taken quite quickly after my award booking.
