Question regarding flight to Australia
Are there skyteam operated flights to OZ? There are several flights solder under AF number but operated by Qantas (so no getting miles on those legs), and I am looking for ones that would be Skyteam operated. In fact, I am looking for KL and AF operated flight, since Delta or CO certainly do this from the US but it might not be cost-effective from Europe.

Incidentally, on the AF code-share (QF operated) part of the kangaroo route, most often than not miles do not post automatically on FB. Also, you cannot get preassigned seats because AF does not have access to QF seat map, and QF cannot touch your file before you've checked in with them.

MH flights with a KL code do give level miles, regardless of what any number of clueless first-line CSRs at Flying Blue might tell you. Keep complaining; at some point you'll either get somebody who does have a clue, or you get somebody who knows they have none and simply forwards your complaint to the retro-claim department, which will then take care of things.
MH flights with an MH code don't give level miles for the best of my knowledge.
