Rhaaaa!
So I was phoning up FB now and waiting for 33 minutes listening to Nigel. Once when I get off that foolish music they pick up the phone and hang up.
Rhaa so I see KLM "accurate response" service has finally made it to FlyingBlue's phone line.

Assuming you used their published premium phone number they earned about £stg1.32 from that call (or equivalent from any other EU country)- which naturally will go towards providing better service yadda! yadda!...

But, now that you have been granted of PE, your phone bill will not be as high as before. So you will be downgraded to GE the next year.
That is FB's profit plan

I call +33158686868 for free using www.voipbuster.com only they occasionally hang up because I don't answer in time due to latency.

So that waiting time was as a low ivory member.
Have phoned up as a silver member since the last few weeks and always gotten through to an AF/KLM/FB employee immediately.
Only thing that isn't different is they still say the same old lies (except in a more eloquant way).
