Rules for posting of threads within the forum and its sub-forums
 

1. Carrier-specific questions (hubs, aircraft, etc.) should be placed in the specific carrier forums (Air France or KLM)

2. Points, miles, and program issues should be posted right here, in the top level forum

3. A reminder of the key FT rules:
- discuss the issue, not the poster
- no name calling, such as, but not limited to, labelling posters as trolls or apologists
- respect the privacy of posters: no undue request for information of a personal nature
