Creative ways of reaching AF/KL

Creative ways of reaching AF/KL
Due to the catastrophic flight situation the call centers are extremely busy.
I have waited 2 hours on hold at the European Platinum Service Line (PSL) and then the call dropped.
The US call center for KLM (+1 800 618 0104) just has an announcement that it is "closed" (at 12:30pm EST).
Nobody is replying on iMessage or Whatsapp.
Does anybody know creative ways to get a ticket rebooked quickly? The departure date is coming closer and I really can't listen to the waiting music anymore.

Drop them a message on social media, making sure to include the PNR when asked. They will reply in order of priority based on your departure date. At least, theoretically.

I had a reply in around 10 mins this morning on WhatsApp. Well, they just told me to use the website for my refund request after having a flight cancelled with no usable alternate, but at least it seemed like a non-automated message.

Thanks for all the great responses. Unfortunately I have never been able to get a response via Social Media in under 5 days. But I did find that calling the hotline in Czech Republic, where one of their biggest call centers is based, had a really quick wait.
