I see your location is in the USA, note that the discounts on flights given by the subscriptions are valid only for flights originating from France to destinations in Europe, the Maghreb, and certain DOM (depending on which card).

Understood but Air France should still allow a US resident to purchase this pass since I will be traveling to Europe and then taking flights from there? Or maybe I need a VPN to purchase the pass since I am from the US?

Or maybe the error message is temporary and it may work later.

Thanks again

I'm having the same issue at the moment, based in NL. I assume it's a temporary glitch. Last time I bought one I was in Brazil.

The website works for me.

Obviously flying is still the ideal way to gain XP, and given that the Sustainable Aviation Fuel seems to be priced at the rate of around 10 € / XP; those are still better earning rates than the subscription pass (which costs around 17 €/ XP with the promo).

Thanks! Still doesn't work for us. Same error message as before. Maybe since we are US based.

Does that mean that on every ticket, we could potentially add 47 XP for an after-deduction fee of 160€ ?
What would be the supporting documentation to request from AFKL to get the Tax deduction ?
Just looking at the options on a current booking, it contains the following note

I understand and accept that my contact details (full name and e-mail address) will be shared with A Tree for You in order to receive follow-up information about my donation. This includes a tax receipt that corresponds to 66% of your donation (valid for French taxpayers only).
So from the sounds of it only the tree donation would be tax deductible. Helping AFKL pay for SAF isn't exactly a charitable donation, In which case the 47 XP won't be tax deductible at all as that's purely SAF.

In the US you can get 60XP annually through BoA AF KLM credit card.

well, on my next flight RNS-CDG, I was given the option of the following:
Reforestation --> 1,57€
Reforestation and Sustainable Aviation Fuel --> 3€ Or 5€
Sustainable Aviation Fuel--> 36€

i took the 3€ option and got two receipt in my email:
- 1€ for trip for tree (so 66cents deductible)
- 2€ for SAF (I guess not deductible)

let's see if I get an xp out of it when flight comes although I am under 5€

To prevent miscommunication, my understanding is that you get UXP’s for the CO2-offset, but no UXP’s for the discount pass. Is that correct?
