SkyPriority for a guest
Hi guys,
I'll be flying tomorrow for the first time with the scared-of-airplanes missus. Big step for her.
I was hoping to treat her to a pre-departure lounge to but that won't be possible (for our safety, the lounge in Lyon is still closed).
Does anyone know if it's possible to "invite" a guest to SkyPriority boarding? The Plat hotline could not tell me in advance, and I was counting on this to soften a bit the edges of the pre-takeoff period that can be stressful.

When I have a guest without status, I just go to check-in and ask if they can issue a bp with skypriority. 9 out of 10 cases they will (@KLM in AMS or WAW)

Never had a problem when flying with someone without SP. Always show my boarding pass first, then theirs. Never tried asking for a boarding pass with SP on it, but doesn't hurt to ask I guess.

Indeed, printing a guest SP boarding pass was not possible. It turned out not to be a problem since LYS is still a zoo (special thanks to the border control...).
No SP line while boarding. The gate agent asked ppl to stay seated while waiting for a zone boarding call that never came.
A free-for-all expérience, from checkin to boarding.
