Another Reward Quirk ?
 
I'm using both the AF and KL Apps on my Android phone.

March 24th One Way Economy. 2 Passengers.

Result on AF ;
JFK LHR 46000 Miles + €19 Total.

Result on KL. Above flight not shown. Why?

I guess it is because the flight will be operated by DL and no carrier imposed fees are collected for DL when flying from the US.

Which does not explain why AF website shows the flight, but KL does not.

Which is the OP's question if my understanding is right.

I can't remember the last time the KL website showed DL awards, I guess at least 2 years since results included DL (I always search ex AMS, maybe other routings used to give other results)

Thanks. Booked the above Delta flight on the AF site....Miles as above + € 18.18 total.

Certainly an excellent deal but I just find it very frustrating to have to double check each time.
