Dynamic pricing miles refund?

I recently booked two AF award tickets to Europe and saw that the price dropped by 13,000 miles each just 3 days after booking. I understand dynamic pricing so can't get too frustrated. My question 1) is it possible to call Flying Blue customer service and "change" my flights to the new, identical itinerary at the lower mileage cost (plus the normal change fee, of course) and 2) can/will AF transfer my paid bulkhead seats to the updated reservation? I'm OK paying ~$100 to get back 26,000 miles but not if I have to eat an additional $200 in prepaid seat fees. Thanks for any guidance.

You could book 2 new tickets and cancel the 2 existing ones, that would probably be the safest and easiest way to get the new award tickets.
You'd obviously be able to get a refund for the bulkhead seats.

I'm sure FB can also do that over the phone, or you can probably do it online.
