Is it also the other way around?
As a Flying Blue member we can earn miles and XP from Qantas flight?
Source in French says yes but not sure about that: https://investir.lesechos.fr/actions...as-1884944.php

Reciprocal lounge access isn't listed for Gold and above traveling in coach on international itineraries.

Given that you are BA silver, you could gain access to the lounge using your BA card and yet earn XPs to your FB account. What's not to like in having additional options like this?

I like charts so here are some from Pointsfromthepacific:
One important thing to know is that sadly, you will be unable to use your Qantas points for first redemptions on Air France as they only allow their top elite members to book these flights.
And here are the benefits for KLM flights for Qantas elites:
And here are the benefits for elites for flights operated by Air France:
To find out exactly what you’ll earn for the AF/KLM flights, use the calculator here and to find exactly how many points you’ll need for a redemption, use this calculator.

Excellent news, although the lack of reciprocal lounge access is a disappointment.
But there is more than that in the today’s announcement
- BKK will join SIN and HKG as connecting point between CDG/AMS and Oz routes. So, BKK flights will be also code-shared
- there will be a code-share agreement with JetStar to cover some routes from SIN to Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia. Also from DPS to Oz (to connect to/from the KL flight to DPS).

From the other side:- QF freq flyers earning on KLM/AF native flights.
Earn QF ff points (~miles) but no earn for status.
That's the same as QF flyers on EK flights (EK flight number EK operated)

Earning Qantas Points on Air France, KLM
Until now, Qantas Frequent Flyer members could only earn Qantas Points with Air France and KLM when travelling on a Qantas (QF) codeshare flight number.
While that’s still possible, travellers can also now earn Qantas Points – but not status credits – on all paid fare types on all Air France and KLM flights globally, being those with AF and KL flight numbers. The number of points earned will depend on the type of fare purchased and the distance of the flight.
