booking error on klm.com
I'm trying to book a ticket on klm.com and it keeps erroring out when it goes to the payment page. It also happens when I change it to other flights.
The reservation agent refused to honor the price that I see on the website. Is there anyone that I can talk to?

I have experienced this when you have been doing multiple searches. Seems like the system gets confused and goes around in circles. My simple solution was to close the browser and start over, maybe would work for you too.

Happens often to me, sometimes the booking code is created anyway, so you can call KLM to finish the payment - they won't charge you the phone booking costs in case your call is following a website error.
