Seat Assignment Doesn't match Air France and Delta Websites/Apps

Seat Assignment Doesn't match Air France and Delta Websites/Apps

Hello,

I booked a flight on points via Flying Blue/KLM/Air France, the actual flight is a Delta flight with a Delta Flight #. The issue i'm having is the seat assignments do not match on the Air France vs the Delta Websites or respective phone applications.
I've called Delta and Air France and both of them are (of course) stating that there seat assignment is correct. Should I be worried about this, attempt more phone calls, etc?

Of all the IT issues that there are across platforms and countless errors (booking class, baggage allowance etc) seat assignments is not usually one of them. In my experience seats usually show up correctly. In that sense I would say yes you should be concerned because it's a new error (to me anyway).

Have you tried reassigning via the Delta app or site? I would imagine that as it is a DL flight that Delta's IT should be giving the correct information.

The operating carrier will be always right. Always select a seat with the operating carrier site/app.
