Long holds time calling Air France Award Booking?

Unhappy Long holds time calling Air France Award Booking?

Hi,

This is the 2nd time I have tried reaching out to Air France to get information about an award booking I want to do. I need to call as I am flying with an Infant but every time I call I have yet to talk to a human, I just sit on hold. Right now its 9:57am PT and I have been on hold for 30min. Am I calling the wrong number of is there a trick to actually talk to a human or is 1hr+ hold the norm? The number I am calling is 800 375 8723.

Just FYI, as Platinum, sometimes I need to wait 25 to 30 mins to talk to a person on that 800 number. Just accept it.

Put the phone on speaker and do something else while you're waiting.
