Help with KQ schedule changes

My daily NBO-JFK flight has changed to 4 times weekly and I’m being rerouted to connect with a non-SkyTeam carrier. Can anybody help? Does anybody know if there’s a proper heading to find help with KQ operations?

Did you contact KQ? I'm not sure what type of help you are seeking? All the ways to contact them are listed in their website as well as you should have received an e-mail with the schedule change and who to contact to discuss options if you do not like how they rerouted you.
What's wrong with being rerouted on a non-SkyTeam carrier if that's the fastest route to your destination?

Do you have a confirmed booking, for which you want to receive FB miles and XP's? There is a clause which allows you to do just that in case of involuntary changes

Okidoki… just backtracking. I’m a DL top tier Diamond 2MM flyer. The orig NBO-JFK schedule went from daily to 4X weekly. My flight no longer operates on the day I’m ticketed to fly. Rerouted NBO-LHR-JFK (KQ/AA combo). I would rather have KQ/AF via CDG or KQ/KL via AMS. I’m getting nowhere with their call center in India. Does anybody know if there’s a rule to reaccomodate routing on SkyTeam carriers?

When is your flight?
If it's soon maybe you should try their chat service online - which seems pro active at dealing with this kind of issues?
Admittedly I have never had to use it but some relatives got a prompt answer and everything was fixed in no time!

PS: Depending on the day, and your negociation skill you can get an all AF routing!

There is no rule that requires to reaccommodate you on a SkyTeam carrier, I'm surprised they chose to reroute you on AA rather than AF/KL or even DL from LHR, as @flying_blue_white_red mentioned if you have the time I would try their online options as they are rather efficient.

The most efficient would be AMS with only a MCT (minimum connecting time) of 50 minutes. Then followed by CDG because everything is under SkyTeam roof. The Heathrow connection involves arriving in LHR-4 and departing LHR-3. The MCT for this is usually 120 minutes, and my layover is 3 hrs.
