Different refund conditions for same fare?
I'm looking to buy a couple of tickets on AF. For fun, I looked at the fare on my local KLM and AF sites. The difference is KL bills in local currency of departure airport while AF will bill in my currency.
The other big difference, for the same fare, is that KLM site states a €250 (or USD 250) change for refunds, while the AF sites states this:
How likely are they to honour this refund clause? Of course I will keep screen shots.

KL.ca is selling the ticket as an AF code Same ticket code.
It also looks like AF has caught on as it now says there is a refund fee.
Ticket is OW T fare LAX-PPT for early next year.
