Flying Blue desk will be gone in AMS KLM lounges
I was in AMS yesterday and the flying blue service desk will be gone soon. Unfortunate, but no surprise with KLM.

Is this for both Schengen and non-Schengen lounges? I know that in the Schengen lounge it was already gone since ~3 months ago, but I was not told at that time that the one at the non-Schengen one will also be gone. Such a pity as they have been helpful for issues especially missing credit miles and upgrading.

Not sure. But I was there 3 weeks and 2 days ago and they were still in both lounges

I was in AMS some weeks ago, and in the Schengen area was still operating.
