Office Address in Germany for Legal Reminder
Dear all
I asked for a refund to a flexible ticket (from Germany to USA) with Air France since March 2018. I have been told the refund has been effected but was told to wait for a month again and for another month again after each reminder email sent.
The help desk in Prag could only say that they have triggered a reminder email to the payment department and could not do more.
As such, I would send a legal payment reminder to their office in Germany. I could unfortunately the address online.
I would appreciate if someone could kindly provide me with this information if you have it available.

I am sending the reminders to prepare for making a small claim court filing in Germany.
It would be complicated if I send it outside Germany would it not?
