Avis Miles Booking
After saving sufficient FB miles for a two week minivan hire in Florida with Avis, I now can't figure out how to make the booking online. I have previously accessed the booking page but it's no longer accessible and FB helpline are clueless.
Any advice on how to book using miles would be appreciated.

You can spend FB miles on Sixt rentals - Flying Blue Store - Car Hire - Travel (Where did you find out what the "sufficient FB miles for a two week minivan hire in Florida with Avis" is?)
With Avis, you can earn miles on car rentals, but can't redeem FB miles to rent a car.
