Sorry, but I have another question : did you by chance buy on your own the ticket in Y and then called the Ulti line to upgrade ?
It shouldn't provided you booked in an eligible Eco fare and adequate business fares buckets are available for the upgrade. You can find details in the wiki of the Ultimate thread.

Looking for seats in J and when I check on ExpertFlyer (I have a basic account) I get this map with the seat alert feature :
How to understand the "$P" seats ? Does it mean that all these seats are already sold ?
If someone can check the business class load it would be appreciated :-)
