Quick Award Question
I understand that to cancel a Classic Award is €45 per ticket. What is the deadline for cancellation, 24 hrs before first Flight?

It's much shorter. I was able to cancel an award roughly 3 hours prior departure.

AF have just Tweeted, 'Allow at least 24 hours', which doesn't really answer the question.

Last year I cancelled 1 hour before departure without any probs.
