One more thing to add , if someone would like to buy extra miles there is a 50% bonus until November 30th
Unfortunately these birthday sales looks like a compilation of nice offers that i saw during 2015 , but nothing crazy like a FB black friday
Middle east : only dubai as usual
Caribbean : Nothing
North America : it seems really really nice , unfortunately its only the east coast
Europe : thanks that all these fares are from europe and not from paris as AF used to do, cause for me thats make no-sense to offer these destinations only from paris

That's not what I said.
If you follow the Promo Awards you will have noticed that - in the last few months - Air France has gone from offering, amongst its European offers, "Europe to Promo-Destination" offers to "Paris to Promo-Destination" offers.
However, for at least these 10-year anniversary Promos, they have reverted back to the Europe-wide offers - meaning travel does not have to start or end in Paris, as has recently become the norm for Air France's selection of Europe promo awards.

Never flown with Flying Blue before so not sure how consistent their promos are but I had a question on possible future promos:
I plan on flying ATL - DUB on March 15 for the 12,500 miles one way. Is there a strong chance the next wave of flying blue promos will feature Europe-USA at 50% starting March 16, allowing me to get back about a week later for the same 12,500 miles? I know it's all speculation at this point but just curious if there is history here.
Thanks in advance.

north america = east coast
europe = completely random , with the funny offers of KLM in EBC for 45k or AF to french cities but .... only from paris
middle east = dubai , doha or abu dhabi (take 1/2 of them every month)
asia = i dont remember cause iam not interested by this area , besides ex-ussr countries
south america = often to brasil
Caribbean and central america = overpriced sh*t in premium economy or business

It has, indeed.
When these offers went live, I was looking at booking a one-way from one of the US origins to AMS, as I actually needed a one-way in the timeframe that the offers were available. However, given that KL was looking for €200+ in cash for the Promo Economy seat - the same cash amount as for a biz redemption - I balked and made other arrangements. (this made no sense, as to take an indirect routing on any other carrier brought the cash amount way down to sensible levels).
Having looked now, the cash co-pay for my route has been reduced to a rather more sane €71 (though considerably more than the ~€20 DL wants for indirect routings, though at double the miles!)
