Have you ever felt that the frequent flyer benefits airlines provide aren't tailored to your needs?
I'm doing a study for my Master thesis to gain consumer insight into what frequent flyers value and expect from a frequent flyer program. Having been an FT member for 6 years, I've seen the depth of knowledge and variation in opinions on these forums, and would like your input!

Done, however the question about how much more you would fly to reach Platinum doesn't take into account that you also can reach Platinum by flying 60 segments. Therefore I couldn't answer it.
