Award reservation with non AF/ST leg
 

Hello everyone I have a small question I thought someone here might be able to help me with.

I normaly buy my paid tickets directly with AF for CDG-GRU-ASU (where the GRU-ASU leg is on JJ/PZ).

Now I would like to take advantage of the award promo to GRU (I'm flexible with the dates), but I have to continue to ASU and I would like to avoid the hazzle of 2 different reservations (it's a pain to take luggages out in GRU and checkin again (especially on case of delays).

I would like to do the CDG-GRU as an award ticket and the GRU-ASU (on JJ/PZ) on a paid ticket but in one reservation (like I do on my normal paid tickets).

I know it is not possible to do it online on AF's site, but would it be possible to do it directly on the phone with FB?

AFAIK, it's not possible to have on the same PNR award and paid flights. That's really an inconvenience.

It's technically possible but not offered through online/offline sales channels. I know Bluelink sometimes did it in the past, but I think they can't do that anymore.
