Seat assignement on Alitalia flights on an award ticket

Hello,

I just booked an FB award ticket CDG-FCO-ORD on Alitalia flights - J class.
I selected seats for the FCO-ORD segment at booking time, but I don't see this reservation anymore.

Do you know if my seat reservation is still memorized, or otherwise, how can I reserve seats?

Thanks,

Olivier

You can call AZ Reservations to check/change your seat assignments.

Indeed. The problem is that FB will have undoubtedly given you an Amadeus reference for the AZ booking which AZ won't recognise as their own system so just have your ticket number at hand in case it is needed...

they will definately not recognise the FB booking reference

My advice - when ringing AZ - is to ask for their booking ref number so at least you have it

ORD will either be on 763 or A332 (AP plane, not new AZ)

With the Amadeus code you can lookup the itinerary at checkmytrip.com, which will also list the booking codes for other participating carriers.
