"We cannot find your profile..."
I have a booking that I could previously see and manage on AF's website. Now, it's seems to have went missing. When I type my booking confirmation and last name, I get the message, "We cannot find your profile based on the information submitted. Please double-check the information you entered." I also attempted to view it by ticket number. It's been a week. I called the reservations desk and the lady said she can see my res and all is fine. She suggested I call the web help desk, which I did today. After waiting for a painstaking 30 minutes, a "specialist" came on and said that the, "manage your bookings" portion of the website was down and will be for a while. At least another 24 - 48 hours. You would think they would create a banner at the top of the website stating so, if this is on ongoing, prolonged problem. Or at least change the error message stating the real problem instead of, "We cannot find your profile"! I guess I will just keep checking. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Yep - the KLM website is seemingly superior to the AF one. I have a booking to DXB next month and whilst on a KL ticket, the return is on AF. Flight out, plat card registered double bag allowance, seat selection possible for myself and my non plat wife. Return leg? System says one bag only and i can only select seats near the back. A call to the FB help desk says that the plat card is there and they cannot see why AF won't allow any seat selection or baggage allowance......just make sure i have my card at check in in DXB. Hopeless methinks. Anyone else with this problem?
