2000 FB miles for Hertz rental

The voucher to be printed is here : http://i.hcg-offers.com/CmpDoc/2010/...00_voucher.pdf

It is in French. PC code is 148304.

Conditions :
- valid for Hertz Gold members (basically available to everyone)
- rental must occur before end of January 2011
- valid in Europe, US, Africa
- voucher must be presented at the counter

Theorically that is for new Gold members only but that is not written in the conditions.

A couple of months ago I got an e-mail from Hertz, inviting me to join the #1 Gold Club, and as a result I would be gettting 2k FB miles after my first rental. I did both, but only got 300 miles. I sent an e-mail to Hertz in order to claim the missing miles, and I'm still waiting for a reply...

I'm trying this now, but the PC code is messing with my contract number. So I can't book!!! Has anyone got this to work yet?

I have the french voucher downloaded (the links to both french and english version are broken now). Anyone has the english one?

This will not work for me unless I remove my corporate number.

I had a chance to use this promo on the last day of validity (January 31st).

Anyone got the 2000 miles? Cause I did not...

I did get 300 losy miles for the rental. How do I retroclaim for the rest?

I sent an e-mail to [email protected] back in early December. Since then, it took about 2 months to receive the miles, although in between I got an e-mail and 2 or 3 calls from Hertz Spain, apologizing for taking so much time. They promised to credit 2000 miles on top of the 300 I had already got, but in the end I was just given 1700...

Alright; just a quick up for this topic in case some people had the same issue than I.

I sent an email to the above address about 2 weeks ago with all the details of the promotion, the voucher etc etc...

I got a reply this week end saying the following:

Dear Mr JamesBond_ppk,

Thank you for your recent inquiry. I appreciate the opportunity to review
your concerns.

I am pleased to confirm I have applied 2000 points to your account. Please
allow 6 to 8 weeks for the points to be available for use on your account.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you again for contacting us
and we look forward to serving you in the future.

Yours sincerely,

So it seems the miles are on their way... Even though it's going to take a while before I see them

I got the coupon with 2400 miles offering (for plat?).

I had a rental with Hertz last week. Used all the codes printed on the coupon. Only 800 miles received. Maybe Hertz has implemented the earning scheme ala AF/KL, book a rental with T/V/N fair = 33% earning. L/K with 67% earning. Only with B/Y/M you can earn 100%.

I will try to use Hertz email retroclaim option and see how this goes.

Last bump. Got the miles:

31/01/11 PROMOTION HERTZ 1 200
31/01/11 HERTZ PUBLIC RATE FOR 1 OR 2 DAYS 300
31/01/11 HERTZ PUBLIC RATE FOR 3 DAYS OR MORE 800

(300 miles was what I had credited in the first place) So I got in the end: 300 + 1200 + 800. Not bad

Case closed for me.
