Priority Lanes/Fast Tracks Security

Is there a list of airports with priority lane/fast track security access for FB or AF/KL C pax?

There is info on FT about AMS, CDG and DUB only. Can't find anything on the AF/KL websites beyond the 'home airports' either.

If no list is available, we'd better compile our own.

While a laudable idea at first, it could get very long or complex ....

Some examples:
- GVA provides fast track security for all C pax, but not for any elites
- ATL lets you access the priority security checkpoints, but again, it's not specific to FB.

Cheers,

- LHR T4: access for First & Business class passengers, no access for elites in Y;
- JFK T4: access for First & Business class passengers, no access for elites in Y.

EDI and GLA both have fast-track security lanes but nobody (I've met - and that includes a couple of well-informed FT moderators from other fora) knows how they work! (And the only folks I've seen in them have been crew and/or people being escorted.)

It seems that, at EDI, the only way to get access is to buy a 'special' parking ticket for your car ... but I don't have a car!

I'll try showing my FB Plat card at GLA, next time I'm there (this w/e) and see what the reaction is. :)

MAN T2 has fast-track for elites in Y as well as Business Class etc. However, AF will move to T3 on 31st October, and I'm not sure about that terminal.

Recently, I used fast track lanes, travelling in Y in ATH & LIN (being FB plat)

In ATH, make sure you go to the lounge (Goldair handling). They will stamp your boarding pass for FastTrack access. They will not do this at checkin!

Many thanks for the info ^ !

JFK T1 has the elite access (Premium plus Elites). Its the centre aisle into security but of course you then join the massess going through screening.

You are right, that's exactly what happened. BTW, I found this lounge quite nice, although, not a great choice for drinks.

HAM will stamp your boarding pass at check-in... some of the time. It seems to be a bit hit and miss.

ZRH will let Elite flyers even in Economy through the First/Business security lanes.
SFO Domestic also does. I believe SFO International also does though I haven't tested personally.

For once, I would disagree with you, as I find it possibly the worst in ATH, along with the LH lounge.

Hey Jouy31 ;). In fact, I don't know any other lounge in ATH, so I can't make comparison. I liked the nice furnitures, the fact it was very clear with all the windows, lots of (working) computer available and nice staff at the entrance who were definitely not the usual dragons we are often talking about on this forum :D

I think JOUY31 might not have tried the Alitalia one yet ;-) Everybody with a Skyteam Elite+ card may enter there but it is very, very minimalistic. A coffee machine, some booze and peanuts.

The best lounge, imho, is the Olympic one. When flying CSA they give out access to this lounge. Includes showers and proper food (Spring rolls, warm potato/bacon snacks, sometimes chicken). And of course sandwiches and a whole array of traditional Greek sweet pastries.

The one thing I am still missing tho is a proper smokey souvlakia stand. That would be good!
