Seat Maps / Advanced Seat Booking Down
Like the good PE that I am ; I rang KLM today 90 days out to book our seat assignments to JNB. I tried twice; the first said just not possible; dont know why and the second immeadiately said ; their is a major computer problem with seat maps and we have not been able to book advance seating for about 1 week now. He could not see this being resoved for another week.
