Has anyone used the Saphir service?
AF advertises this for mobility impaired or disabled passengers. My 75 year old father has full use of his limbs but walks very slowly and will have 1 hour 40 minutes to get from 2E to 2C and then whatever gate his international flight will leave from. Is the Saphir service reliable? What does it entail?
