Luggage, 2E/F, and 2D
Another AF trip, another piece of lost luggage: I was on a CAI-CDG-LUX itinerary yesterday (1h40 or so in Paris; there was enough time for some coffee in the 2D lounge), and luggage got lost again.
I realized that I don't remember luggage *ever* making it between the AF long-haul operation in 2E/F and the AF/LG codeshare departing from 2D if there were less than 3h between the flights. The line-up of delayed luggage at the claim in Luxembourg looked like a further testament to that: My sense was that more suitcases were claimed by the luggage department than by passengers on the flight; there was easily a dozen people lining up at the luggage desk (and this was a half-empty Q400!).
I'm getting seriously tired of this exercise. What do others experience these days?
