The AF Fréquence Plus Mémorial lounge thread

In the hope that someday this forum will rise from its ashes ? Well, in fact, simply because I am too lazy to unsubscribe and it was useful to read both in the first day of the new, improved, forum.

Mmmm, for some reason, I am not able to reply to this thread... Can I still edit my post ? That's really strange... When trying to reply I get:

"Richelieu, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

1. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
2. This forum may require additional account pre-requisites that you don't current have. Check the Announcements for this forum to see if you're required to have a minimum number of posts already, etc.
3. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation."

And yes, new and improved as in every improvement related to airlines. We're used to it :)

JOUY31 Sep 24, 05 4:29 am

Keep your blood pressure low, enjoy a glass of red wine, and read the FP forum exclusively.

so it may be pinot noir. because pinot noir is rouge

:D

Richelieu Mar 4, 06 11:50 am

I'll take Richebourg over Pomerol any day. Too bad wines from Burgundy aren't badly affected by international competition as wines from Bordeaux are, I could use a little drop in price...

Glad to be back!

chrissxb Mar 9, 06 1:50 pm

il y a quelqu'un ici? allo?

somebody here?

ist jemand da?

JOUY31 Mar 13, 06 2:57 am

Well, yes, but I have been switching to Louis Roederer Brut Premier, Veuve Cliquot millésimé and Pommery Cuvée Louise 1995 over the last few days, so my tastebuds must have undergone some alteration. I need some Vieux Chateau Certan real fast ! ;)

I will go through CDG soon, I am sure I can screw up this tight connection and get a paid stay in Paris :D With this superb selection of Champagne .... very tempting :D

JOUY31 Mar 24, 06 10:39 am

I had a nice Chateau Beychevelle in an airline lounge (no details !) at LHR last week. Not bad ;)

Definitely getting warmer in terms of time for a drink.

The question is: Paris or London?

JOUY31 Mar 30, 06 6:52 am

Unfortunately, my next stop in London will be in mid-June only. So I am afraid it could be easier, at least on my side, in Paris

chrissxb Apr 4, 06 4:27 am

anyone round here?

JOUY31 Apr 4, 06 6:17 am

Why, yes ! Savouring a glass of Domaine de l'Eglise 2001 in a restaurant in Athens, far away from the (subdued) ATC slowdowns in France ;)

Falco Peregrinus Apr 4, 06 12:37 pm

JOUY31 Apr 4, 06 12:52 pm

Quite unrepentant, I am afraid :p . And I don't believe you are helping as the restaurants you choose for meetings usually have a wonderful wine list. :D

chrissxb Apr 4, 06 2:25 pm

why does everybody speak about alcohol in here? isn't that FLYERchat ... ;) looks more like anonymus alcoholics

venice4504 Apr 4, 06 2:31 pm

My motto is, when stuck with a strike/demonstration/revolt/etc....drink...It's has worked so far for me. :)

chrissxb Apr 4, 06 2:36 pm

don't know if we get far with that in france ;)
