Status Match?
Sorry if this has been gone over before - I have searched but not really found an answer.
I am a super loyal BA Silver but my company wants me to fly AF. I called them about a status match to be told that BA was a competitor and not Sky Team! I tried to explain that was my point, would they like a new loyal customer for the cost of FB Silver? They just didn't understand. Should I just give up and start over or is there another way..... Many thanks. |

At a very minimum I would also try your luck with KLM, which should give the access to the same programme.

I'd try KLM before everything goes blue. If AF enforces FB the same way they did FP, status matches are rare. You've got a better shot of seeing Man City in the Champions League than a status match. :)

The so-called 'special' business class summer fares from France are far more expensive... Come on, Air France! Can't you just admit you're currently chasing british customers? Couldn't you kindly accomodate length's modest request? ;) |
