It will now be possible, from june 6th, to claim your miles for AF/KL flights on the internet www.airfrance.com.

It will also be possible to send a direct request or comment to fréquence plus.

Well, honestly, I hope it works better than faxing in stuff.

I sent a mileage credit request in by fax 2 weeks ago into Kitchener.... still haven't been posted.

Slowly but surely, AF is bringing their website to the standards of other airlines.

My bad,

As I was typing my reply, I realized I hadn't checked today.... and sure enough the miles were posted.

That'll teach me for criticizing F+ customer service...... :D
