Upgrade on French domestic flights

I have to ask the question anyway: Does AF ever upgrade for Y, domestic fares? My travel agent said that they would not, but I wondered if they ever bend the rules?

AF domestic flights have been operated as one-cabin flights since at least November 2003. Before that date, there were a few destinations served from CDG (none from ORY) which had a C cabin (no tempo Challenge), such as NCE, TLS, BOD, MRS.
