Return tix under 85 US$ for intra-FR flights

Didi not find that on internet (see my other post),
but in a Air France agency downtown Paris.

For instance, CDG-MPL (Montpellier) or CDG-FNI (Nimes) for 580 FF, which is roughly 85 US$ all fees and taxes included for a return tix.

Conditions are:
Must book before 18 MY 01
Must flight between 01 JL & 31 AU

These are really good rates.
Not refundable, and, did not verufy, but probably modification allowed only more than 7 days before first segement, with high fees.

These fares are available on the internet, both from booking engines sucha s travelocity and AF's own site and the price is 512.90FF for ORY-MPL. Saves about FF200 on the usual cheapest W class fare.

Unfortunately not available from CDG, though.

Yes,
they are available now. Theoretically.
Did you try to book one ?
I tried, but always got a higher rate.

AF never finds the cheapest rates when booking online

I tried to book a CDG-CGN RT , with the saturday rule and 14 days in advance.

AF online price : 3,300 FRF .

So, I booked LH for 1,093 FRF instead....

It seems to me that, on CGN, FRA, MUN, as well as on destinations in spain, Lufthansa is giving dood rates this spring.
Do you think AF has really this type of rate, in the agencies ?

In this case, I double checked by Havas and they confirmed the rate.

Online booking by AF just for fun ?

As far as I am cocnerned, i book on-line on AF when I am in my vacation house, nearest town is at 30 miles,
and when in US.
In Paris, I compare the site and the AF counters.

The offer is over. Got the last ticket at 516 FF tax included for a retunr ticket, which is under 75 US$. Good rate (in fatc, the best I ever had). Do not understand why this promotion.

True.
The franch government (my G..) through SNCF (french railway) is competing against ythe french government (AF). Competition saves me some money, and will make my trips easier.

Still a pity that, from Montpellier or Nimes, there is nothing going back in Massif central.
