Think twice before flying Air France

My ongoing battle with Air France's outrageously bad customer service department is posted in General TravelTalk. I've been trying to get a simple refund on a pair of refundable tickets for five months. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/Forum94/HTML/000511.html
