It's still, though (and I'm not going to budge from this), really poor for business class. Compared to what it used to be not that long ago.

every top chef has his secret quinoa salad recipe I guess - they create it for the "League of the Holy Airline Quinoa Salad" 🤪

Comparable in flight time to LHR-WAW, where BAís service would be as follows:
- Drinks and Nuts run
- A choice of three meals (two hot) + more drinks
- Drinks post-meal, followed by top ups on demand

By comparison, AF doesnít cut the mustard - and itís a real shame, because the AF ground experience at CDG 2F blows Heathrow T5 out of the water.

Another comparison with the competition. My return from Porto is with Austrian Airlines.

Hot meal - two options, fantastic bread fresh from the oven - and surprisingly a hot dessert.

They even hand out a small amenity kit with earplugs, socks, eye shades and a toothbrush set.

Early morning flight, catered from CDG last night. Better than my previous early morning departure, but still meh. Good service from the purser, though.

I don't think that plate has enough carbs.

Had the poached egg today (same as post #1) AMS-CDG afternoon departure. Was a much welcome improvement on the pancake wanderbox. I liked how it was still soft inside.

CDG-OSL

Normally I detest Salmon but this was cooked so I was good with it. 7/10---On these short hops usually the dessert on the tray is the only thing worthy.

Seeing the last photo reminds me to ask if I'm the only one who discreetly pockets the string tied around the napkin/silverware. I have this idea that the string might be usable as a replacement shoelace if I break one on a trip.

OSL to CDG

Typical early morning meal (6:20 am flight) 6/10. Saving grace was the Pineapple which was very fresh and sweet.

This is the first time a snack was given about 45 minutes before landing on a short haul.
